BHMS DOcDoctors – Job description:-
1)To brief the patient with the treatment procedures during the consult and to ensure all doubts / queries are cleared as per the herbs are concerned.
2)Responsible for improving cure rate and patient satisfaction.
3)Assessing patients and developing a detailed case history with patients comprising
psychological, emotional and physical symptoms and characteristics;
4)Advising on lifestyle issues, such as diet, exercise and mental health;
5)Maintaining detailed clinical notes and records for each patient;
6)Responding to patient queries and problems, either face to face or over the phone;
