Freelance Recruiter
Scope of Work
We are looking for Freelance Recruiter for our organization to recruit candidates for our clients spread across all industries.
Should be good at identifying relevant profile matching the JD provided.
Assess candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation.
Interview scheduling & reference check.
Headhunting should be done as an when required.
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums.
Floating a Job Description on a portal or any free website should be done with the prior written email approval from Fossilace,
Should have proper understanding of online marketing, search engines, bulk mailing and Job Portals (Like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times Jobs, etc.)
There is NO FIXED SALARY .Only commission on every successful closure made by you will be paid as per the terms and conditions of Fossilace
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Ideal candidates will be MBA Undergrads/College Graduates / housewives, who cannot work in regular employment.
Candidates with own database will have an added advantage and better earning potential.
Professionals with existing jobs and wishing to put additional hours for extra income are also welcome but they need to be sincere.
Payments & Incentives
Earning will be on revenue sharing, depending upon the number of closures done by the recruiter. We do not pay any fixed monthly salary, reimbursement for phone/internet expenses etc. You will get a good commission (best in the industry) for every candidate hired by you for our clients. At the company’s discretion an annual performance bonus will be paid if the assigned targets /closures are achieved within the laid down TAT.
Revenue would also be shared with you for any successful business closure on the other HR solution promoted by the company
