1. The job of an asp.net programmer involves building dynamic websites, web applications and web services using the asp.Net framework.
2. This individual works in a team environment and should be capable of designing and developing solutions for our customers.
3. They will be required to communicate software designs to team members and monitor its progress.
4. They will also be required to work closely with and mentor other engineers on the team.
General Experience:
1. Knowledge of Object Oriented OO) design patterns.
2. Experience with Domain Driven Design DDD).
3. Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
4. Experience developing unit tests.
5. Experience with test driven development.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Fresher or 1 year of experience developing ASP.net applications.
3. Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server TFS).
4. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
5. Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
6. Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent problem solving skills.
8. A willingness to work independently or in a team oriented environment both efficiently and courteously.
9. Ability to work with and mentor junior developers.
