We have an urgent opening for role of Manager/Senior Manager Cable design with our esteemed client based at Vadodra and Silvassa .
Candidate with relevant profile will share their resume on below mentioned details.
BE - Electrical/Electronics with 15 + years of work experience in Designingof LT , HT and EHV Cables.
Role
Coordination with sales team, customers and other outside agencies ( CPRI, IRDA etc )
Resolve queries related to Product Quality, Design and Customer ( link between plant, customers and sales team )
Ensuring all design work is completed to the highest standards.
Ensuring that working processes (planning, testing & documentation, etc) are efficient and adhered to by design team.
Making recommendations for process improvement demonstrating regular audits and necessary amendments.
Identify and solve technical problems.
Ensuring that design dept is aware of trends and improvements in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business and assessing which will contribute to the business and its clients.
Monitoring design dept as a cost centre.
Contributing overall to the revenue generation.
Getting approvals from various authorities with respect to the Cable Designs, modifications, etc.
New Product Development / Designs

Be highly proficient in industry standard software.
Good knowledge of Manufacturing Practices/ Processes
