Details of the requirement is as follows:
Position : Sr.Accountant
Location : Vasai
Experience : 10 years, preferably from Manufacturing industry
Qualification : B.Com/M.com
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (i.e. Deliverables, preferably upto 5)
Fulfill the requirements in the Area of Accounts, which is
Vendor bill booking,
Taxes, (TDS, Service tax, Excise, VAT
Payment on due date, of vendor and statutory liabilities
reconciliation,balance confirmations,provisions,
clearing the vendor advances within a set time frame
Employee imprest, payment, expense booking, and reimbursement
Reporting the Cash flow position and taking necessary action for smooth functioning of the business in consultation with seniors
Liasoning with the bank in regards to payments, receipts etc.
Helping in the Monthly MIS reports like bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, outstanding statement etc.
Preparation of invoices
Timely Collections from debtors
C forms collection
Balance confirmation from customers
Payment of Salary to employees by the last day of every month
